How much does shipping cost?

Flat rate shipping is $12.99 USD. Free shipping on orders over $69.99.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.

Are the products authentic?

100%. Every product we carry is sourced directly from Korean brands. We do not carry gray market goods, replicas, or unauthorized resellers.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Most of the brands we carry are cruelty-free. Check individual product pages for brand-specific certifications.

I have sensitive skin. Where do I start?

We recommend starting with the Skin1004 Centella Ampoule and the Etude SoonJung Barrier Cream — both are formulated for sensitive and reactive skin.

I’ve never tried K-beauty before. What routine do I need?

Start simple: a toner, a serum, and an SPF. Our Routines & Sets section has pre-built starter kits that take the guesswork out of it.

Can I return a product?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unopened products in original packaging. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Contact us at hello@fkwl.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will make it right.

I received the wrong product. What now?

Email us at hello@fkwl.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll send the correct item right away.
