SHIPPING POLICY — FKWL

FKWL currently ships within the United States only. All orders are subject to a minimum order amount of $50.00 USD.

SHIPPING RATES
• Orders $50.00 – $98.99 → $12.99 flat rate
• Orders $99.00 and above → FREE shipping

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

DELIVERY TIME
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Total estimated time from order placement to delivery is 4–7 business days.

Delivery estimates may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods such as holidays or promotions.

TRACKING
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. FKWL is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address. We cannot redirect shipments once in transit.

We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

MULTIPLE ITEMS
Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages. You may receive more than one tracking number — this is normal.

PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY & SOURCING
All FKWL products are 100% authentic Korean skincare, sourced directly from Korean brands through our verified fulfillment partner, Hypercape. Every order ships from a US-based fulfillment center. Products are stored in proper conditions to maintain quality and integrity.
