REFUND POLICY — FKWL

We want you to love every product you receive. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
RETURN WINDOW
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
ELIGIBILITY
Items must be:
• Unopened and unused
• In original packaging with all seals intact
• Free of any damage caused by the customer
We cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products. Due to hygiene standards and the nature of personal care items, all sales of opened products are final.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
• Opened or used products
• Items marked as final sale or purchased with a discount code
• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
• Items not in original condition or packaging
• Gift cards
HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Email hello@fkwl.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return address.
3. Ship the item back. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@fkwl.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — you do not need to return the item.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed for shipment. Email hello@fkwl.com immediately after placing your order. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time before the credit appears in your account.
